This HONOR Health Privacy Statement (hereinafter referred to as "the Privacy Statement" or "this Privacy Statement") applies to you personally and your use of the HONOR Health, which tracks and analyzes your fitness and health data to provide you with detailed fitness and wellness services.
HONOR Health provided by HONOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "HONOR", "we", "us", or "our"), a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of Hong Kong SAR, with its registered office located at Suite 1701, 17/F, K11 Atelier, 18 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.
As the data controller, we understand the importance of your privacy. Please take the time to read this Privacy Statement carefully to understand how we will use your personal data.
This Platform is intended for use by adults. However, for the use of Honor products and services by children, we are fully aware of the importance of taking extra preventive measures to protect privacy and security. Honor identifies whether data subjects are children based on the age of majority defined by laws of the local countries and regions.

In HONOR Health, we shall collect and use your personal data only for the purposes stated in this Privacy Statement. Personal data refers to any data that enables us to identify you as a user. We will collect and process the following data:
HONOR ID information, including user ID, registration country/region, age, gender, nickname, and profile picture.
Network and device information, including IP address, device identifier of wearable device and/or fitness equipment and the connecting equipment, device name, device model, app version, ROM version, OS version, system language, and MAC address.
Service and device usage information, including how you open and close the app and device, view pages, touch buttons, enable or disable features in the app and device, image information, payment and order information (such as payment amount, currency, order time, order status, order number, and product information), and the device operating status.
Health information, including heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep data, blood pressure, blood glucose, menstrual period, body temperature, pressure data generated by heart rate data analysis, BMI, impedance, body fat percentage, waistline, chest, hipline, thigh circumference, calf circumference, arm circumference, and health preferences that you voluntarily provide.
Fitness information, including device location from your wearable device and/or fitness equipment and/or your app, movement routes, exercise type, exercise duration, steps, distance, calories, heart rate during exercise, and exercise habits that your voluntarily provide.
Personal information, including height and weight.
Feedback information, including the problem description, suggestion, and the log you submit in this service. The problem description and suggestion you submit can not identify you. We strongly suggest you not submit any personal information in the description and suggestion.
Customer service information, including the record of your HONOR Support Query by hotline, email, web chat, web form except for HONOR Health.
Event and coupon information, including your event participation information (such as event participation records, task records, ranking records, and reward records) and coupon information (coupon collection and usage records).
To provide you with the HONOR Health services, HONOR will process and use your personal data with your consent for customer relationship management, support and communication (including customer feedback and complaint handling), operation and maintenance, software and system updates, user identification, problem diagnosis, push notification, and repair purposes as well as HONOR wearable device and fitness equipment management. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Statement, you will no longer be able to enjoy the relevant service(s) if you refuse the processing of your personal data for these services. When you switch accounts, your device's same-day step count details will be synced to your current account.
In addition, we will process your personal data for such functions:
Analysis and Improvement: We will use your device information and service usage information, as well as data you voluntarily upload (such as feedback suggestions and questionnaire responses), to enable us to understand our users' needs as customers and to improve the quality and user experience of our current and future services and offerings. You can object to such data processing as described in Section 6 below.
Data Sync: Your fitness, health data, and personal information, which includes sensitive information about you, shall be synced to HONOR Health cloud to store and view from your mobile device and you can erase the data as described in Section 6. When you turn off the "Ear temperature data sync" switch, we will stop syncing your temperature data from the HONOR AI Space app. If you want to delete the synced ear temperature data, you can go to the earbuds card page of HONOR AI Space app to delete your data.
User Experience Improvement Survey: Your device information and registration country code of HONOR ID shall be shared with Honor Device Co., Ltd. to push questionnaires to you. You can object to such data processing at any time as described in Section 6 below.
Watch face market: We will collect and use your personal data, including account information, network and device information, service and device usage information, to provide you with a personalized watch face, as well as browse, search, download, purchase, apply, update, and manage the watch face. If you don't want us to collect or use the above data, you can go to Device > Watch face market > Me > Stop "Watch face market" service to stop the "Watch face market" service. After performing this operation, your relevant watch face market data will be deleted.
Marketing: When you collect and use the coupons we provide, we will process your coupon information so that you can view, use, and manage your coupons at any time. If you participate in an event, we will process your participation information for providing check-in, lucky draw, and other activities.
We will also process your payment and order information for tax and accounting purposes as required by laws and regulations applicable to us. For more information about how HONOR In-app Payment processes your data and about your rights, please take your time to read Statement About HONOR In-app Payment and Privacy by going to Settings > Account center > Payment and purchases.
Feedback: We will process your feedback information for complaint handling and giving you support. And for problem diagnosis, we will process the log you submit and your HONOR ID information.
In addition, we will process your personal data for the following purposes based on your consent:
Personalized Recommendations:
We will use your gender, age group, height, weight, target steps, target weight, exercise habits, and health preference to provide you with more suitable interface layouts.
We will use your gender, age group, height, weight, service usage information, and workout type records to provide you with more suitable training plans and workout courses.
We will use your gender, age group, height, weight, service usage information, workout type records, blood glucose, blood pressure, and sleep data to analyze locally on your device, to provide you with more suitable workout and health news and service suggestions.
You can delete or change the above information or stop this service by going to Me > Privacy management > Suggested services. If you turn off the switch of "Recommend content based on personal profile and exercise data", we will not provide you with more suitable interface layouts based on your profile. If you turn off the switch of "Recommend content based on health data", we will not provide you with more suitable training plans, workout courses, workout and health news, service suggestions, or interface layouts based on your workout preferences.
• Multi-dimensional data: We will use your age group, gender and country code, as well as the data generated after concealing the true values of your steps, BMI, exercise duration, sleep duration, sleep time, and wake-up time through differential privacy technology. Differential privacy is a data sharing method, which can share only some statistical characteristics of data without disclosing personal information. This information is only used to generate the average value of steps, sleep duration, sleep time, and wake-up time of different ages, genders, and countries. It will not be linked with your user ID, device ID, or other data that may be obtained from your use of our service. You can object to such data processing at any time as described in Section 6 below.
You hereby consent that your personal data will be transferred to and stored in Singapore.
We will retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes defined in this Privacy Statement. We will process and retain your personal data for the duration of the customer relationship until you STOP SERVICE and/or delete HONOR ID.
However, the specific retention time of your personal data in relation to HONOR Health is set out below:
Personal data processed for customer relationship management, including HONOR ID information, device information, network information, service and device usage information, as well as complaints and customer interaction records, will be retained for up to two (2) years from the last interaction.
Personal data processed for data subject requests, including HONOR ID information and your feedback, will be retained for up to six (6) years from the date of your last interaction with us.
Personal data processed for contract management, including HONOR ID information and device information, will be retained for three (3) years from the deletion of your HONOR ID.
Personal data processed for analytic and development purposes, including HONOR ID information and device information and data you voluntarily upload, will be retained for up to twelve (12) months from the date of collection unless you object to such processing.
Payment and order information will be retained for seven (7) years from the date of generation.
Personal data processed for feedback will be retained for six (6) months from the date of collection unless you object to such processing or you stop the service.
Coupon information will be retained for a maximum of seven (7) years after your HONOR ID is deleted, and event information will be retained for a maximum of three (3) years.
Once the retention period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.
In addition, when our products or services stop operating, we will notify you in the form of push notifications, announcements, etc., and delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period of time.
We may share your data in the following circumstances:
• Sharing with/Entrusting our affiliate companies:
When you participate in the User Experience Improvement Survey to improve and enhance your experience, we will share your device information and registration country code of HONOR ID with Honor Device Co., Ltd. located in China to send questionnaires to you. Honor Device Co., Ltd. will inform you about how to use and protect your information in its Statement About User Experience Improvement Survey and Privacy. We strongly suggest that you take your time to read it.
• Our maintenance operations may require our affiliates located in China to access your data.
• Sharing with/Entrusting service providers:
1. We integrate Google Places SDK to provide the location for fitness and weather, Google LLC located in Europe and the United States of America will collect GPS, IP, and sensor data as the data operator according to Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en).
2. Our third-party suppliers in Singapore, who provide us with IT (including cloud-based) may need to process your data. To complete customer care services, such as customer support and customer complaint handling, your personal data will be processed by local customer service centers located in Malaysia, Mexico, Russia, and/or Egypt.
• If you are a Japanese resident, you may see the laws protecting your information that these data receivers are subject to.
When you use the services of HONOR Health, we may need you to activate some device permissions. The specific purposes are as follows:

9 | Nearby devices | It is used to connect a wearable device or fitness equipment of the version after Android 12. |
10 | Physical activity | It is used to obtain exercise information recorded by the phone so that you can still count exercise data when you are using a wearable device. |
11 | Calendar | It is used to record and display your fitness plan and access your calendar events when YOYO Suggestions produces a card (iOS not included). |

If you believe that we are not processing your personal data in accordance with this Privacy Statement or the applicable data protection laws, you can lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.
We encourage you to regularly check for the latest version of this Privacy Statement in the app settings as we may update it from time to time. In the event of material changes to this Privacy Statement, we will notify you by means of notification dialogues, push messages, emails, and so on, depending on the nature of the change.
